Monday, between now and Summer a minister must walk by Still Wakes the DeepFinal Fantasy 16‘s DLC also got a release date, as did The Movies-like, Blockbuster Inc. Tuesday, Cities: Skylines II still wastes your time, while Toys of Bob (possibly) works on Spyro 4, and details on the latest Final Fantasy 14 expansion were revealed. Wednesday, Phil Spencer wants to get handsy, but unlike other bosses not in the way that leads to an HR meeting, and Finland is depressing in Rauniot, releasing in April. Thursday, Hisense and Xbox are joining forces to waste your money, and you can be a true weeb in Chef Life now.

Moving on to the Epic Games Store for this week, you can now pick up Islet, developed by Kyle Thompson and published by Armor Games Studios. A Metroidvania released in 2022, Islet is one of the more colorful examples of an indie-developed Metroidvania I’ve seen in years. Highly praised across Steam with an Overwhelmingly Positive rating of 96% of players, Iko’s little adventure to save a fractured little world might be for you. It may also set you up nicely for Thompson’s next game Crypt Custodian, coming later this year.

All this week you can pick up Islet on the Epic Games Store until the morning of the 4th of April, and those still to change to daylight savings time at the time of writing (the UK) change Sunday. So that’s back to 4 PM BST for you, 8 AM PDT, 11 AM EDT, and so on for everyone else. On to next week and it is a repeat of something good, and a second helping of something just a bit meh.

Those looking for a Fallout-in-space adventure have The Outer Worlds: Space’s Choice Edition to pick up, which is good. Those who hate common sense filing systems will love Thief… No, the other one, the crap 2014 one. The one that decided subtitles and the actual essence of the classics were too complicated and boring for us modern dum-dums. Eidos-Montréal and Square Enix, The Great Gazoo you are not.
