Continuing the dance between offering a packed wave of titles in the first half of the month and a bit less in the second half, we have six titles coming to the Xbox Game Pass service. That doesn’t mean that there’s a lack of variety though. Each one offers its own unique experience. Even more exciting is that it also includes a highly-anticipated day one release. Let’s tackle which games are coming over the rest of July.

July 19th sees two games being added for cloud, console, and PC. The first is Ubisoft’s 2016 hit Watch Dogs 2. Taking place in the colorful San Francisco Bay Area, players take on the role of Marcus Holloway as he stealthily hacks the environment around him or goes through a more aggressive approach to handle each mission. If you’d like to see more about it, you can read Keiran’s review here.

Joining it is the day one release of As Dusk Falls. This interactive drama with a unique art style follows two families and their lives after they interact through a robbery-gone-wrong. Players will have a myriad of choices to take the story through branching paths that take place over multiple decades.

The next set of games is coming out on July 21st. Coming to cloud, console, and PC is MotoGP 22. Over 120 riders and more than 20 circuits put you in the driver’s seat for the 2022 season. It is all brought to life with enhanced models, brand new animations, and with its immersive simulator gameplay.

Coming to cloud and console is the successor to the beloved Planescape: Torment RPG, Torment: Tides of Numenera. It is set in a far future sci-fi world called Numenera that’s filled with complex characters and thousands of choices. This is a great game to play and replay over and over again.

Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion is part of the last wave, coming out on July 21st. It will be available on PC. A stand-alone expansion to Sins of a Solar Empire, the well-received 4X gameplay is enhanced with new factions, ships, and an improved engine over the original game.

Playdead’s award-winning Inside will join this wave on July 29th on cloud, console, and PC. Taking place in a bleak world that’s fueled by a dark narrative with no dialogue, this platformer follows a child as he uses a body controlling ability and evades both guards and a host of other hazards.

As always, there are a select amount of games set to leave at the end of the month. The following games will be available until July 31st: Dodgeball Academia, Katamari Damacy Reroll, Lumines Remastered, Omno, and Raji: An Ancient Epic.

Samuel (he/him) has been obsessed with video games since he was a kid watching bumbling zombies shuffle down a hallway in Resident Evil 20+ years ago (it's debatable if he should have seen a mature-rated game at that age but he's personally okay with it). His hobby of writing and talking people's ears off about video games has always felt like a perfect match. Feel free to let him talk your ear off on Twitter!: https://twitter.com/xxsammorenoxx
