PowerWash Simulator is a great way to relax after a long day. The dev team over at FuturLab has consistently provided new content as well, including Croft Manor and a Final Fantasy VII tie-in DLC. Now, it seems that you’ll be able to power wash in virtual reality starting in November.

While PowerWash Simulator VR was announced back in June at the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, we finally have a release date. The VR version of PowerWash Simulator will be coming to Meta Quest 2, 3, and Pro on November 2nd, according to an announcement made on October 3rd. If you pre-order it now on the Meta Quest store, you’ll get an exclusive pair of gloves with cats on them.

PowerWash Simulator VR will be a little bit different from the original game. Here is what the press release says about the new version of the hit game. “PowerWash Simulator VR adds an extra layer of immersion and interactivity to the super soothing simulator through a host of VR-specific features. Blasting away grime feels even more satisfying thanks to precise 1:1 motion control delivered through the Quest Touch controllers while 360-degree immersion means the town of Muckingham has never felt more alive… or dirtier.

New features exclusive to the VR version dial up the immersion even further. Players can pick out the perfect outfit and the right equipment from the back of the iconic PowerWash van and change nozzles on the fly with the all-new tool belt.

PowerWash Simulator VR will bring all of the content from the PC and Console releases to the aforementioned Meta Quest platforms. However, there is no word on whether any of the free DLC content will be included in this version. Co-op multiplayer will also be available in this version, so you can play with friends whilst using your VR headset.

Kristy Rigden Co-CEO of FuturLab commented on the release of PowerWash Simulator VR, stating: “We’ve dreamt of bringing PowerWash Simulator to VR since its conception and are so excited to finally announce a release date. Soon players will be able [to] experience Muckingham from a whole new angle by reaching, crouching, and getting up close and personal with dirt. With assistance from nDreams, we’re thrilled to be able to carve out this virtual space for our community to relax, wash away their worries, or just kick back with friends.

While I don’t play VR myself, PowerWash Simulator is the perfect sort of game for it. There is also Back to the Future DLC and Warhammer 40K DLC on the way for players to enjoy. Whether you’re playing on VR or not, fans of Powerwash Sim have a lot to look forward to.
