The title says it all, another showcase has been set for this year and I want to curl up in a ball and scream. This time Ubisoft flavored, later this week we’ll see another pre-recorded Ubisoft Forward event take place with updates on several titles, both upcoming and live-service.

Set for this Saturday, September 10th, at 8 PM BST, 12 PM PT, and 3 PM ET, the latest Ubisoft Forward will look towards October and November’s releases, such as Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope and the long-awaited Skull & Bones. Not only that, but the recently unveiled (following some leaks and confirmation) Assassin’s Creed Mirage is also set to get a looking showcase that might not be as long as others. We’ll get to that in a second though.

While the main show starts at the times above, about 25-minutes before that the pre-show starts, and is set to give updates on already released titles. As the press release notes, we’ll get updates on the latest seasons, character additions, and more for Brawlhalla, For Honor, The Crew 2, Anno 1800, and more. Though I have stated that I enjoyed The Crew 2 quite a bit in the past, here is hoping this will be the final update announcement. I doubt that will be the case, as it probably makes money from some poor sucker buying digital cars for the same price as a real one, or they’ll add NFTs to the bloody thing.

This weekend’s Ubisoft Forward is set to be broadcast via YouTube and Twitch, and will be broadcast in several languages including BSL, ASL, GSL, and ISL, as well as audio descriptions in German and English. Though for those watching via Twitch, you will get something extra via Twitch drop rewards, and in our case, give us an idea of how long the show might be. Watch for 15 minutes and you get an emblem for Skull & Bones, 30 and you get a charm for Rainbow Six Siege, 45 and you’ll get a cosmetic for Roller Champions, and watch 60 minutes to get a tattoo set in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

At the very least, we don’t have to suffer through another very boring 20-minute gameplay run-through of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction. I’m sure if someone dug up Tom, put him in a chair, and played that for 20 minutes, it would have been more entertaining than last year’s E3 presentation.
