After a selection of strong hits in the previous wave for the month, another batch of games is preparing to be released over Xbox Game Pass. It’s a strong mix of titles coming to the various platforms, so let’s get into what’s coming up.

The first two games will be coming out on March 17th for Cloud, Console, and PC. Kicking it off is the day one release of Shredders, a new snowboarding game that aims to provide immersion in a huge open world and features professional riders. Although it’s only being made for the Xbox Series X|S of consoles, it can be played on Xbox One through cloud gaming.

Joining it is The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos, a humorous turn-based RPG that features a diverse but unlikely group of heroes. Each hero has their own skill tree, but you’ll have to keep teamwork in mind to survive the absurd yet tactical situations you encounter. You can read Keiran’s review on it here if you’d like to know more.

Moving on are two games coming out on March 22nd. Zero Escape: The Nonary Games is a collection of two popular adventure games: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors, and Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward. Both follow a separate group of nine people each who have been kidnapped by someone named Zero and forced to play through a game to survive. It will be released on Cloud, Console, and PC.

That same day will see Tainted Grail: Conquest coming to Console. If you have PC Game Pass and the deck-building RPG roguelike seems a little familiar, you’re not imagining things. The game came to PC Game Pass back in September, but now even more people will have the chance to check it out.

Next are a duo of titles coming on March 24th. Formula 1 fans will want to check out F1 2021. Codemasters’ most recent entry in the F1 series will be available through EA Play on Console.

Alongside it is Norco, which is launching on day one for PC. Science fiction meets rural southern Louisiana in cinematic pixel art. This point & click follows the main character looking for their lost brother and chasing after a security android in hopes of clues.

Rounding out this wave are two large titles. First is Crusader Kings III which will be coming to Xbox Series X|S on March 29th. The addicting strategy game that launched day one on PC Game Pass in September will now be available for console players.

Finally, Weird West will be launching day one for Cloud, Console, and PC on March 31st. This immersive sim that mixes the magic and strangeness of dark fantasy with the Wild West frontier-times was delayed from its original January 11th release but is now on track to release at the end of the month. If you’re interested in finding out more about the game, you can read about all the fun I had playing an early access PC preview copy back in November.

All that remains is what’s leaving. If you’re interested in checking out Madden NFL 20, Narita Boy, or Shadow Warrior 2, you have until March 31st before they leave the Xbox Game Pass library. April 11th will also see the following Destiny 2 expansions leaving: Beyond Light, Shadowkeep, and Forsaken.

Samuel (he/him) has been obsessed with video games since he was a kid watching bumbling zombies shuffle down a hallway in Resident Evil 20+ years ago (it's debatable if he should have seen a mature-rated game at that age but he's personally okay with it). His hobby of writing and talking people's ears off about video games has always felt like a perfect match. Feel free to let him talk your ear off on Twitter!: https://twitter.com/xxsammorenoxx
