In the last few weeks, I’ve said something to the effect ofpossibly one of the most spoken about indie titles of the last five years.” Now, while this is true for games such as Enter the Gungeon and The Binding of Isaac; I don’t think they are some of the best rogue-lite/likes (I’ll be honest I don’t know the difference). In my opinion that crown would probably go one of the most played games on my steam library and my most played game last year (on Steam), Streets of Rogue. Melting several influences into one, Streets of Rogue is probably the one rogue-like you can utilize stealth in, at least as far as i know.

With that being said, it has been in early access for a while now, and had a small amount of buzz on the tail end of last summer. However, this year there is something to get excited about, as this strange little game, where you play as a short nude man, gets a full release. This news came at the tail end of last week as publisher Tiny Build made the announcement (see tweet below). They elaborated further to say, “Mad props to [Matt Dabrowski] for single-handedly making this game!” and continued with, “It has an astonishing 95% positive user rating on Steam from almost 4k reviews!

As you can see above, Streets of Rogue will release on the PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, all to coincide with the full PC release on the 12th of July. There is no word on the full release price, however, you can pre-purchase it over on the Microsoft store for $19.99, or purchase it now on Steam for $14.99. There is no word on the Nintendo Switch edition’s price and there is no listing for the PS4 online, as of yet.
