Last December, Kinda Funny made a game showcase to fill the void left by the absence of PlayStation Experience. Now here we are with a brand new E3 showcase to show off over 60 smaller indie titles in under an hour.

Starting with Games out today, we have –

  • An/round is available now on PC, and can be found here.
  • A Duel Hand Disaster: Trackher on Switch, which was originally released on PS4 and PC in 2017.
  • Looking for Heals is available now on Steam Early Access.
  • A Playable demo for Bloodroots is available now, and the game will release in Summer 2019 on Switch, PC, and PS4.

The next few announcements made me extremely excited as I know nothing about PC gaming. Seeing these games make their way over to consoles is a great treat!

Games that have been ported to Console

  • One Night Stand will release this Summer on PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
  • The Inner Friend  will release this Summer on PS4 and Xbox One.
  • Aground is coming Early 2020 on Linux, it is available on Steam Early Access now, and will release on PS4, Xbox One and Switch later on.
  • Refactor launches on PC, Switch, PS4, and Xbox One in Spring 2020.
  • Pig Eat Ball will release this Summer on Switch, Xbox One, and PS4.
  • Standby will release on Switch, August 1st. It is available now on Steam.

Now during this year’s Days of Play sale, I finally picked up a PlayStation VR. So when UPLOAD VR  came out to announced a few new games I intently wanted to go run to my VR and boot it up.

VR Games

  • Falcon Age will launch with VR support on PC with a summer 2019 release window.
  • Demagente will release in 2019 on all VR platforms.
  • The Walking Dead Onslaught is coming to PSVR this Fall.
  • Battle Wake is a pirate-themed game that will release Summer 2019 on PSVR.

Next things got a little weird with all the quirky games that will make everyone raise an eyebrow and give a little chuckle.

  • Afterparty lets you play as a group of deceased friends who are sent to Hell. The only way to escape is to out-drink the Devil himself. Afterparty will release in Q3 of this year on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
  • Trigger Witch is a top-down 2D twin-stick shooter where magic is seen as boring and old but guns are the new fad. Trigger Witch will be released in 2020 on Switch and PS4.
  • Solace State is a choice-driven game about young hackers in a dystopian society where one wrong choice will affect your faction and your friends. Solace State will release on PC in 2020.
  • Freedom Finger is a twin-stick shooter where you play as a flying middle finger, defending the Moon from terrorists. Freedom Finger is coming to consoles and PC sometime soon. Also, it stars Nolan North for some strange reason.
  • Ribbiting Saga will release on PC and consoles in 2020.
  • Wooden Nickel is coming to PC, console, and Mobile at an undetermined date.
  • Rawmen looks like Splatoon, but instead of cute squid kids, you play as half-naked men throwing what I hope is paint at each other. It has a TBD 2019 release window.
  • Etherborn will release on Switch, PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on July 18th, 2019.
  • The Sinking City was also present, revealing their June 27th, 2019 release date on PS4, Xbox One, and PC via the Epic Games Store.

Rounding out the “Weird” games list is a Tony Hawk-like game called Skatebird coming to PC in 2020. You can also download a demo for the game at this link.

The next few games here are meant to melt the heart and relax the soul.

  • Super Space Club will come to PC at some point in 2019.

Our next category is one that should be enjoyed with friends.

Here are the “Play Together” games:
