Monday, the next GTA became something official so expect rumors and speculation to run rampant again. Also, Chronomaster is now on Steam. Tuesday, Rune Factory 5 is available for pre-order with incentives, Intellivision is still a thing (kind of) and Konami is still doing NFTs because someone hates the universe. Wednesday, Apex Legends has another new season in its third year. Thursday, after a long wait, Nintendo knocked it out of the park with a direct. It was a bit of a light week for news really, and here was me thinking Rockstar announcing the next GTA as a sign of news picking up.

Every turn I take, every step you take, I might just be creepily stalking you and making reference to two completely different songs to throw you off the obvious reference. Moana: The Game, or as I am sure 5 Lives Studios would like me to say, Windbound, is available on the Epic Games Store for free this week. This is the 2020 survival-y craft ’em up RPG thing where you build a boat, travel the seas, and explore places Lara Croft has already excavated and left a few skeletons about the place.

All this week, you can pick up Windbound for free on the Epic Games Store until the morning of the 17th of February. Moving on to the next game available, it is something I don’t care about no matter how many times people like his one bit at Geoff Keighley’s yearly advertisements. Josef Fares’ first game, as pretentious as it is, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons kicked off the sandwich of which his three games are, two bland pieces of white bread and wonderful middle with A Way Out. Sadly, next week it will be bread we’re getting as we adventure through a short story trying to tell an emotionally rendering story with very little.
