Developer Pyramid Games, along with publishers Gaming Factory and Ultimate Games, have announced a firm release date for Castle Flipper. I’ve been intrigued by the idea of Castle Flipper since I really enjoy House Flipper. Of course, Castle Flipper is a little bit different, but we’ll get into that in a second.

Castle Flipper will be releasing on PC later this month on May 27th, 2020. It will be priced at $18.99 USD, or your regional equivalent. Here is what the press release has to say about Castle Flipper.

In Castle Flipper, you start as the medieval craftsman and as the game progresses, you develop new areas around you. Repairing, cleaning, constructing, and decorating buildings and castles – these matters are up to you. And your hard work won’t go unnoticed. Check out the majestic places you will work on in the latest trailer.

Apart from medieval buildings, you will stroll through venues inspired by renaissance and baroque architecture, bringing new life to these places. All decisions are in your hands and choosing the right decor will boost your public perception. Maybe all your effort will be rewarded with a promotion? Who knows?

In addition to this description, the developers boast that you’ll also be able to decorate gardens, create sheds, pick plants and animals that are pleasing to the eye, and more. There even seems to be a possibility of going from serving your lord in the castle, to being the master of your domain itself. As I mentioned before, this is different from House Flipper and yet I find myself very excited to check it out.

Designing your own kingdom just seems like a blast. Castle Flipper looks like it might merge House Flipper with a city building-type situation. We’ll know more once May 27th rolls around though! Wishlist Castle Flipper on Steam now.
