I’ve been keeping an eye on Metamorphosis Games and Fireshine Games’ Gestalt: Steam & Cinder for a long time now. Development has been going on for a few years, but it struck me as a very unique Indie Metroidvania in a saturated market. Now, Gestalt: Steam & Cinder is finally available for me and others to get our hands on.

Gestalt: Steam & Cinder is available now on PC for Steam. I feel like there’s a joke there, but after being away for a week I don’t have it on hand. Here is what the press release has to say about Gestalt’s release:

I’m very interested in checking out Gestalt: Steam & Cinder. I’ve been waiting for it for a while and it looks like a really solid adventure to sink my teeth into. Metamorphosis Games and Fireshine Games seem to have put a lot of love and care into it.
