We’re only a couple of months away from the release of Rocksteady’s upcoming Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, and already the leaks have turned into outright floods. Since the beta took place in November, the leaks began to drip from the studio’s upcoming title in a fairly constant manner. However, over the last couple of days, audio clips, images, and otherwise have been making the rounds on social media. If you’d prefer to stay unspoiled, I’d suggest muting certain words for now. That is if Elon hasn’t put that behind a paywall too.
Warner Bros has been fighting an almighty battle, in several regards, but this week it has been the battle of copyright claiming images, audio clips, and otherwise featuring the unannounced aspects of Kill the Justice League. One leak that is no longer a massive spoiler is that we find out the fate of Batman from the Rocksteady Arkham titles, with further details coming from other social media sources. James Gunn was asked on Threads if Rocksteady’s Kill the Justice League would be the last we’d see of DC in this universe, simply replying, “No plans of it being the last.”

Rocksteady itself took to Twitter to address the leaks head-on, with the usual statement image. “We’re looking forward to players experiencing the story we’ve crafted in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League once the game launches in the new year,” the statement says. Going on to state: “It is very disappointing to see details being shared ahead of the game’s release, so we can only urge you to try to avoid spoilers where you can. And please try not to impact the enjoyment of other players by posting spoilers.”
Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has seen several delays since it was announced in 2020. The idea of such a game was first floated by then DC Comics CCO Geoff Johns in 2010, but was canned in 2016 after the film. Initially set for release in 2022, this April saw it delayed until February 2nd, 2024. Set to release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, it will certainly be interesting to see how it pans out. Especially as Rocksteady announced earlier this month an offline mode won’t come to the title until post-launch.
