It is a fitting time for plants to grow in Spring, don’t you think? It seems that Whitethorn Games and Balloon Studios agree. As 2023 wraps up, we’re getting more information on Botany Manor’s impending release, and it seems like the timing couldn’t be better.

Botany Manor will be released on Xbox consoles, PC, and Nintendo Switch in Spring 2024. On day one, Botany Manor will also be available on Game Pass, so all Game Pass subscribers can enjoy it immediately. We don’t have a firm release date yet, but that will be coming soon. Here is more information from the press release.

Set in a historical English homestead brimming with a lifetime of memorabilia and research to explore, players will uncover long-forgotten seeds and piece together clues as they solve puzzles to help each rare plant grow.

The enduring estate of Botany Manor is home to retired botanist Arabella Greene. After a long career, she has amassed a collection of rare, long-forgotten plants that require some research to help them live again. Play as Arabella and explore the stunning historic manor and its grounds to look for clues in her notes, books, posters, and items scattered around the residence to determine the correct set of circumstances to help the flora flourish.

Unlock new seeds and plant them. Interactable items around the property that can be turned and flipped will provide information to help you solve each gardening puzzle, grow the plants, and discover their mysterious qualities.

I’m very eager to get my hands on Botany Manor. Hopefully, the release date is sooner rather than later, so that all the plant enthusiasts out there can enjoy it. Regardless, if you play on PC, Nintendo Switch, or Xbox you can likely already wishlist the game now.
