Dying Light 2 For Honor Crossover Live Now

This week Dying Light 2 developers Techland have announced a partnership with Ubisoft. The For Honor crossover event will add a new breath of content to Dying Light 2 and will run from November 21st to December 5th at 4 pm CET. In terms of new content, the event will bring in some of For Honor’s warrior classes as enemies. The lineup includes the Berserker, Warden, and Kensei. Each foe comes with custom attack animations and unique behavior patterns.

It will be interesting to see how well these new enemies will blend in with the modern apocalyptic setting of Dying Light. Nonetheless, I appreciate that Ubisoft is still trying to keep For Honor alive through collaboration. For Honor is a game that I feel still has a lot of potential despite a few elements that have been mismanaged since its release. Hopefully, the new collaboration may be a prelude to new content in the future.

Additionally, the event will offer special rewards to players for defeating the new warrior enemies and accomplishing goals. Completing the warm-up goal will grant players the Berserker’s Hand Axe weapon and blueprint. On the other hand, completing the personal goal will give you the Berserker outfit and Viking faction paraglider. Finally, achieving the global goal objective will give you the Warlord’s Shield weapon charm. Completing these objectives for the other two factions will also give you similar rewards.

The Warden’s will give you a Longsword weapon blueprint, outfit, glider, and Footman’s Flail weapon charm. Meanwhile, the Kensei path will give you the blueprint for the Nodachi weapon, outfit, glider, and Hitokiri’s Mask charm. For those looking for a more immediate way to sport your favorite gear, you can also purchase three bundles in the shop for 500DL points. Each will contain all the in-game rewards.
