Featured at recent Wholesome Direct showcases, Puzzles for Clef has caught the attention of a lot of people. With its gorgeous storybook-esque visuals and cute lead character, a lot of folks are interested in this puzzle adventure from Weasel Token. It seems like we won’t have as much of a wait as expected for it though, since the release date for Puzzles for Clef is coming earlier than we thought.

Originally slated for release on July 27th, Puzzles for Clef will be released on PC on July 24th. There will be a Nintendo Switch version coming at a later date, but the July 24th release date is a nice little surprise for folks interested in Clef’s adventure. Here is what the press release has to say about Puzzles for Clef.

Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime as Clef, an extremely inquisitive bunny embarks on a twisting and turning journey. After receiving a peculiar letter from her sister Cres, Clef begins a journey to discover more about her ancestors.

Solve complex puzzles, find treasures, and uncover hidden secrets on a whimsical floating island. Meet a curious cast of characters, from the fiercely feathered to the sublimely scaled, and fulfill their desires to further this intricate investigation above the clouds. Explore an isle filled with beaming bamboo forests, crystalline caves, and majestic clock towers in search of enigmas and confounding ciphers to fill in another piece of the mysterious puzzle.

I’m interested in Puzzles for Clef, and I love wholesome, hand-crafted experiences by developers who have a deep love for what they’re making. We’ll keep an eye on the Nintendo Switch release date too, for any Switch players that are interested. So far, all we know is that it is coming later this year.
