Releasing games on Game Pass without announcing them first has become sort of a trend at Microsoft, and I think it’s fun to read these surprise announcements, especially if the surprise games are up your alley. While this has definitely happened before, Stranded Deep isn’t really a game for me, but it should be for friends of Survival as well as Co-Op-Games.

As you may have guessed, Stranded Deep has you stranded in the pacific ocean after a mysterious plane crash occurred, and now it’s on you to try and survive, and maybe even find a way back home. Thanks to an update in late 2021, you can experience the whole thing with up to one other person. This could potentially be a good Co-Op experience for you and your best friend, partner, or spouse.

Stranded Deep is available for Game Pass on PC, Cloud, and Console.
