NBA 2K23 Season 3 Details Revealed

NBA 2K23 Season 3 details are live and we now know what is coming to the game ahead of winter. The new content is very seasonal in theme and adds tons of great content to explore starting today, December 2nd. New content for MyCAREER and The W is accompanied by new music from Grammy Award-winning producer Hit-Boy with Dom Kennedy. Plus, a few new artists are making their 2K debuts. Overall, there’s a lot to explore, so let’s go over what has just arrived for the game.

In NBA 2K23 Season 3, Atlanta Hawks’ All-Star guard Trae Young is leading the content charge, which is fitting. As one of the iciest shooters on the court, Young is the perfect star to head this new batch of holiday events and content. MyCAREER is adding new winter features, including new chilly courts, arctic artwork, and a special Santa outfit as a Level 39 reward for players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S or Level 40 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. New Core Badge Patterns are also coming exclusively to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players who reach Level 40.

Additionally, in-game rewards like Ski Goggles, Trae Young 2 “Forever Young” Shoes, a Magic Carpet vehicle, and more are going to be a ton of fun to chase in our free time. For MyTeam players, you can also chase some great new rewards and cards. These include Free Agent Damian Lillard as the Level 1 reward for simply entering the Season menu, and Trae Young as the first Galaxy Opal Level 40 reward. Additionally, for the first time in 2K23, Beyond Level 40 returns with more agendas and opportunities to improve teams.

Players can also grab Tim Duncan and Julius Erving once they complete the Eastern or Western Conference’s Trophy Cases, plus 15 more Centerpieces and other rare Trophy Case event cards available in season 3. The W is adding additional rewards as well, including the Dream Logo MyTEAM Card, and Vicki Johnson Coach MyTEAM Card. NBA 2K23 is also working on adding the promised 60 WNBA player jerseys coming to the City and the G.O.A.T Boat in MyCAREER.

Lastly, 2K Beats continues to bring the hype with new music additions, including the latest track from Grammy Award-winning producer Hit-Boy, Dom Kennedy and the 2K Beats exclusive in-game debut of new tracks from Lil Pump and Jovanie.
