Monday, if you’ve got Marvel and Star Wars fatigue, you might want to avoid the latest edition of Lego Star Wars, and the stupidly named Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 is set to rollback its netcode. Whatever that means. Tuesday, Garden In got a release window, and the Capcom Fighting Collection‘s update is live. Thursday, the last Steam Sale of 2022 has been revealed, and new screenshots have been revealed for the next Dragon Quest game.

Moving on to this week’s free games on the Epic Games Store and as noted last week, it is a double bill. We’ll start off with The Drone Racing League Simulator, which is basically those drone races from Watch_Dogs 2 but without that ability to ignore them and play something interesting, like Racial Profiling – The Game. This, of course, isn’t for everyone and I’d say is rather niche beyond the typical niche-ness of racing games, though I do like that you can customize your drone to spec it out for your preferred style.

Moving on to the gayest of party games until tinyBuild’s gay SplatoonRawmen releases, next up is Runbow. Released in 2018, this party game sets you and a collection of friends on a quest to not bounce a controller across the room in frustration at simple controls and your friend getting to the finish line before you. Another racing game, your colorful selection will try to platform either with 8 of your friends or in the single-player mode.

All this week you can pick up Runbow and The Drone Racing Lague Simulator for free until the morning of the 6th of October. That means, of course, that it is that time of year where I swear about Christmas trees being up/in stores already, that watching Hocus Pocus for the 9-billionth time makes you Satan,  and that you can ram your spiced pumpkin drinks. Nonetheless, next week I’ll have to talk about Rising Hell and Slain: Back from Hell, both of which are soaked in more blood than those white cotton tube things you found as a kid and didn’t know what they were.
