New Kao the Kangaroo Trailer Reveals Character Details

I played the original Kao the Kangaroo on the Dreamcast back in 2000. I love a good mascot platformer, so I was excited to play around with a new character in a new world. I have been keeping an eye on the upcoming reboot by Tate Multimedia, and they’ve just released a new trailer. This trailer shows off some of the characters you’ll encounter along the way in your time alongside the titular Kangaroo.

Kao the Kangaroo will release on all major platforms on May 27^th and will bring the franchise (which spanned 4 games) to audiences with an all-new adventure. Here is what the press release has to say about Kao the Kangaroo and its newest trailer:

Kao – pronounced K-O – launched his first adventure on Dreamcast back in the year 2000. Now, two decades on, Tate Multimedia is rebooting Kao with his biggest adventure yet. The original Kao the Kangaroo series collectively sold more than 700,000 units worldwide, with four games in total having launched across multiple platforms.
