House Flipper Luxury DLC Gets Release Window

It has been close to a year since the House Flipper Luxury DLC was announced by Frozen District. Now, after all that time, it seems we’re getting closer to seeing a real release date. Frozen District has revealed an announcement about the DLC, which cites a Q4 2021 release date.

Here is what the press release has to say. “The excitement has been rising for the past couple of months, to the point where we just can’t wait for more details about the Luxury DLC. I mean, who wouldn’t want to flip all those HUGE mansions?

Well, the good news is you won’t have to wait much longer – the developers just confirmed their biggest expansion yet is coming in Q4 of 2021!

Glass roofs, plate glass windows, and incredibly high ceilings – that’s how kings live! With the Luxury DLC, dozens of types of new furniture: classic, contemporary, antique, and modern will fulfill any and all luxurious design wishes! New mechanics like installing huge decorative windows whenever you want them or building swimming pools inside your mansions will also add to the house flipping experience!

In the Luxury DLC, you can also try to renovate furniture from past centuries. It will certainly take time and effort, but the final result may be incredibly satisfying. Utilizing classic furniture doesn’t mean sacrificing comfort! With smart devices, you can control your entire home! Change the colors of the lights, open and close doors – all of this without getting up from the couch.

House Flipper is designed for players looking for relief and relaxation in their gaming experience. Renovating, arranging, and decorating a house doesn’t require a lot of time. While this may not be a full release date yet, I’m sure that as 2021 progresses, we’ll get more and more information. House Flipper already has a ton of content on PC, and this is just another great example of Frozen District adding icing on the cake.
