Every publisher in the world has its own launcher at this point. It makes you wonder, why do people still hate the Epic Games Store so much? Released in September of 2019, the Rockstar Launcher is a games launcher for (you guessed it) games made and/or published by Rockstar. This lead to some games being de-listed in places such as Steam, around this time.

Well, according to several sources, Rockstar’s entire catalog was pulled from Steam the other day, to return after the brief de-listing. Though when all games were returned, there was a new addition of something just a little less new. Midnight Club 2 was Rockstar’s Need For Speed competitor that people really liked. It made a brief return after being de-listed in 2018, to once again be returned to the de-listed pile. However, the shenanigans don’t stop there.

Now you can once again purchase L,A Noire and Max Payne 3 (which is like buying depression) again, but with a little bit of a twist. Now you can get them with all the DLC for free. No colored bunting, no fireworks, nothing. It just appeared on Steam as quiet as a mouse and without the warning of stampeding elephants, which I’m sure will please some.

Personally, and like most things Mike and I are disagree about, I don’t love Max Payne 3 because it is about a boring man being depressed and drinking himself into oblivion, only hoping to die. I don’t think that’s a fun or interesting game at all. However, L,A Noire, for all its faults (there are a few), does have an interesting thing to it; Either the rather easy deduction of faces that have been told to overact inconspicuously or the interesting-era. Either way, pick them both up while they are cheap and offering all available DLC with them!
