Devolver Digital’s latest release, Loop Hero, launched yesterday. It is an intriguing sort of game, and Roguelike fans are no doubt eager to get their hands on it. With the release, a Launch Trailer also dropped, alongside a pretty nifty limited time discount.

According to the press release, Loop Hero will be 15% off until March 11th. For US customers that means instead of paying $14.99, you’ll be paying $12.74 for the game. It’s not the biggest discount, but for some folks, those few extra bucks go a long way to other things. Here is what else the press release had to say about Loop Hero.

Unlock and wield an expanding deck of mystical cards to position enemies, buildings, and terrain along the path of each unique expedition to piece together your brave hero’s memories and restore balance to the world.

Recover and equip powerful loot for each class of hero for their battles and expand the survivors’ camp to reinforce each adventure through the loop. Unlock new classes, new cards, and devious guardians on your quest to break the infinite unmaking of reality.

No hero’s expedition is ever the same as those that have gone before. Only the boldest and most resourceful can overcome the unholy guardians over a grand saga to save the world.”

Loop Hero is now available on Steam. There is currently no word as to whether or not it will come to consoles, but I’m sure that after launch the development team over at Four Quarters will bring the game over to other platforms. If you’re a Roguelike fan or just someone who happened to see this at The Game Awards 2020, now’s your chance to give Loop Hero a try. I’m excited to play it myself so stay on the lookout for a review of Loop Hero soon.
