If you thought I was crabby before, with my complete disinterest for all the tripe between now and the games at the end, you have seen nothing yet! Writing this is getting between Watch Dogs: Legion and I, which is really annoying since I’ve professed my love for it several times these past couple of years. I’ll feel the same for next week’s Prime Gaming article, when I’m talking about MLB Tap SportsLeague of LegendsLast Day on EarthEpic SevenBig Farm: Mobile HarvestRogue Company, and whatever replaces Deadlight: Director’s Cut and KONA.

Let’s start with that which I’ve already spoken about. League of Legends has once again reset their offer to give players more skin shards. This is the first of three you’ll be able to pick up over the next month. You’ll have the option to “re-roll” a total of three shards into one random permanent skin. The first is available now, with the second available from the 19th, and the third from the 3rd of December. So why will I be talking about it next week? On November the 6th, there is a reveal of a mystery bonus item. It will likely be a trial for a skin, a permanent skin, or some other guff.

  • MLB Tap Sports players can pick up the “Bonus-A-Palooza” bundle with two bonus player boxes and forty bonus games. This offer ends on the 4th.
  • Currently, Last Day on Earth players can pick up 500 caps. This offer ends on the 5th.
  • Epic Seven players can also pick up the level 85 epic Equipment set that leaves on the 4th.
  • Starting today, players of Big Farm: Mobile Harvest can pick up some seaweed hummus.

We had a new addition this past week, as Madden 21 has released to reviews I’ve not even seen; that’s how pleased people are with it. The latest in the EA Sports published series continues the online Ultimate Team nonsense I can’t wrap my head around. Players for the next year will be able to pick up Prime Gaming packs. The first of which is available with 1 elite player, 2 gold players, and 3 silver players, all available until the 2nd of December.

On Friday, I showcased what I thought of Amazon Prime’s The Boys, the superhero dark comedy drama, or at least the first season. I didn’t love it or hate it, I just found it interesting. World of Tanks is offering the Queen Maeve kit until January the 5th, which is quite interesting as the Starlight kit only lasted a month. The Queen Maeve kit is as you’d expect: blueprints, a day of premium, XP boosts, missions, along with the Maeve commander and 2D Style.

It honestly amazes why Grand Theft Auto 5‘s Online mode is still being fed the way it has been; it is up there with World of Warcraft in longevity. For a short while longer, you can pick up a bit of in-game money and rebate on Vespucci Canals Nightclub. Meanwhile, over in Red Dead Online, you can still pick up the naturalist loot, discounts, and a $1,000 in-game for signing up. There is no word on when all of this will disappear. In fact, the listed time for both to leave Prime Gaming is August 22nd, which could only be next year.

  • SMITE players can collect the power Anubis until the 24th of November.
  • Yahtzee with Buddies players can pick up the “Mega Scratcher Bundle.” As usual, I’m left in the dark by Amazon on this one. We know it offers a 75% ($15) discount on a microtransaction though, and it will disappear on the 11th.
  • For those playing the greyest arena shooter, Valorant players can get an F to “pay respects” gun buddy. This offer leaves on the 18th.
  • World of Warships players can get a rental of another boat (I hear its a warship) and some containers full of various items. The Tirpitz leaves the dock on the 12th.

I was amazed this week when it was announced Apex Legends was about to get a 7th season on the 4th, and is set to get a new hero that’s meant to be Scottish. Though the available skin with Prime is not for Horizon, I had a moment where I was intrigued. Nevertheless, what is available is Lifeline’s wonderfully colorful Pastel Dreams skin. It is available until the 19th of November.

  • Destiny 2 players can pick up Cryptomnesia Exotic Bundle Drop ahead of the Beyond Light expansion next week. This offer ends on the 25th.
  • Roblox players can pick up the Wyrm Skeleton ahead of it leaving on the 11th.
  • Tomorrow, the 3rd, Mobile Legends will start a two-week offer of 2 Amazon chests alongside the hero and skin trial cards for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Of course, the current offer of one chest still stands.
  • Players of Minion Masters still have time to collect the Zealous Inferno DLC before it leaves on the 8th.

Apex Legends might have piqued my interest slightly, something Hyper Scape will never do in a month of Sundays. The second battle pass available for the battle royale with zero fervor to it offers a skin, an emote, an emblem, and a dozen gun designs. If you are one of the three people that actually care for this one, the offer ends on the 23rd of November.

  • Speaking of unrequested grey, Rocket Arena players can now pick up the Sheriff Topnotch outfit from now until the 30th.
  • Paladins players can pick up the Infiltrator Strix Skin until the 30th as well.
  • Speaking of hero shooters and battle royale, players of Spellbreak on the Epic Games Store can now redeem a code for Ransack(‘s?) Outfit. You can do so until December the 1st.
  • Black Desert Mobile players can pick up the Glorious Chest with a pass of glory/extra entry pass until the 10th.

Warframe, the world’s most boring Sci-fi that’s not written by Chris Chibnall, is wrapping up everything that has previously been revealed for the game’s loot. One last hurrah with… a symbol. A Necraseal emblem, glyph, and sigil, whatever that means. This offer ends on the 15th of December.

Though Rogue Company does have the second of quite a few drops available from today, we have advance notice of what it is. Given the last one was the Heist Dima skin, one might assume it is either a player skin or a gun skin. We’ll know more next week when I have all the information actually provided to me.

The final of the “loot drops” is RuneScape, that MMO that’s lasted longer than WoW and thus infuriated some when I made WoW the benchmark of longevity. Players of the more recent update can pick up a bit of currency with two Umbral chests. Players of Old School RuneScape can join in on Last Man Standing qualifiers. Both offers are available until the 10th of November.

Though there is one last game being played for those that at 18+ and have registered to do so, it is the game of politics. I’ve said it for the last few weeks, as those few remaining to vote in the US election on the 3rd, Amazon has teamed up with Democracy Works’ TurboVote to remind voters of when and where they are voting. I’ve tried to make it clear, I think if you have the ability to vote but don’t, you are wasting your own time and breath moaning about it afterward. Go and vote for whomever you think is going to improve the lives of the most amount of people.

Right, with that out the way, let’s get to the games already available with Prime: 22 games that are part of the SNK bundle, including the 40th Anniversary collection, if you’re a fan of retro arcade games that’s where you’re going. October’s games are still available until the 13th of November, including Dead AgeSurf World SeriesStick it to the Man!, Layers of FearSilver Chains, and Jay and Silent Bob: Ball Brawl. Along with them is the aforementioned Deadlight: Director’s Cut and KONAThe Occupation from the other week, and this past week’s haunted platformer, Extreme Exorcism. No, really that’s what Prime capped off the month of Halloween with.

Finally, we’re at what is added for November and it is pretty grim. Victor Vran is a game I’ve had on my radar for quite some time, but I’d never bothered to look at the gameplay. It is an isometric action-RPG with a rather steampunk-styled lead hunting down the monsters of a world filled with room-sized spiders. If I wasn’t surrounded by RPGs and had actual interest after seeing some gameplay, I’d personally be excited about this one myself.

Following that is something I wasn’t expecting, A Knight’s Quest. An action-adventure aimed at kids with that PS1-2 era Spyro/Ratchet and Clank gameplay the nostalgic of us would enjoy. Published by Curve Digital, I had a moment of wondering why I’d never heard of it before now. I couldn’t find it on Steam but wound up finding it on Epic. It is one of the exclusives that slipped the cracks of mass ire, it seems to be breaking free of the Epic Games Store with very little pomp of its release (or re-release).

Following that, we have an isometric survival RPG that I just didn’t fall in love with when I reviewed it about two years ago. Smoke and Sacrifice is the isometric survival game of all survival games, with very little that grabs you outside of that. While The Binding of Isaac and Spelunky make rogue-likes accessible to new players, Smoke and Sacrifice is like handing a child Dark Souls 3‘s Nameless King to fight empty-handed on a dance mat. You need a desire to be smacked out like that, and if I wanted that I’d go play Minecraft.

Aurion: Legacy of the Kori-Odan is a 2D fantasy action JRPG from 2016 with a lot of colors, and I don’t immediately hate it. Based on African mythology, it was a fairly successful Kickstarter that tried to be a bit of a mix between a JRPG, brawler, and anime. Of the five games for this month, it is one of the most interesting games to say the very least.

The final game is the one that caught my eye the most, Lethis: Path of Progress is a steampunk city-builder in the vein of Sims City. Not receiving 8s, 9s, or 10s, it will be interesting to see what comes of this one which was released back in 2015.
