Another week, another load of mobile guff to talk about as if I’m semi-interested in it. Here we go with the first week of the “free games with prime” and Twitch Prime update articles of July. Starting today, Rainbow Six Siege, Shadow Arena, Words With Friends 2, and Big Farm: Mobile Harvest are dropped or will be switching their drops for their allotted time. Following those, this week includes: Seven Deadly Sins, King of Avalon, World of Tanks, and PictoQuest. So, let’s quickly move on to all that has changed since… Wednesday. Not much really.
Players of the game Warframe will want to pick up the latest addition to the Warframe bundle. Power booster pack 2 is just that, providing players with a 7-day booster to affinity and a 7-day credit boost too. This offer ends on the 28th of July. Players can still get the Ember Warframe bundle with the Filigree Prime decoration.
According to my notes, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang also updated last week, though never appeared on my cheat sheet of Prime “Loot.” Since the 30th of June, players have been able to pick up the Gatotkaca Mighty Guardian permanent skin with hero and skin trial cards. It seems there has been a change Amazon/Twitch has made to how you can preview available Twitch Prime content, as evident in that we’re still unable to see what is part of the last of Destiny 2 bundle due to what we perceive as a bug.
Finally, the last of the Mafia City prime bundles has come and will soon go, and I couldn’t be happier. Yes, since what seems like the beginning of time, I’ve had to talk about Mafia City‘s prime bundles or rather the same bundle recycled. For one last time, players can get 50 gold, 50K in cargo, 50K in cash, 10-minutes of building speed-ups, and 10-minutes of training speed-ups. This final bundle will end on the 17th of July, and if it doesn’t you can find me eating cheesecake with the fishes.
This week’s “free game with Prime” is Plug in Digital’s Melbits World, a co-op puzzle-platformer that is equally twee and charming as it is vomit-inducing. With all the pastels Nintendo uses in 3D game color schemes to aim their games at children. If you have a sprog and the ability to play this in anything but an office, since PC’s aren’t the place for couch co-op, it might be fun for your next family gaming session.
