Dream Daddy Added To Twitch Prime

I think I speak for everyone when I say that this past week, or rather these past two weeks, have been long, scary, and revealing. Nonetheless, the world goes on, and we must continue with our schedule, starting with Twitch Prime and what has been added this past week along with what will end soon. The game added to Prime is meant to celebrate Pride Month, though understandably, it has been anything but the literal gayest (happiest) month of 2020 so far. Here is hoping that for a few it may be a way of escaping into a different world for a moment.

Let’s begin with what will be disappearing from Prime this week. Tomorrow, the final Black Desert Mobile loot ends. The third drop in the Seven Deadly Sins loot also ends to be replaced by the fourth. On Thursday, the League of Legends mystery skin ends, as does World of Tanks’ Starry Night care package. Then on Friday Silence will disappear, to be replaced by something that has yet to be revealed. One can only hope, with recent events and the given the month’s celebration of LGBTQ+ people, the next game will also highlight one of those groups instead of making this week an empty one-off gesture as part of “#StreamWithPride.”

Mafia City once again updates its bi-weekly loot this week, featuring the same loot as the weeks before which will carry on with more loot for another month. This one ends on the 19th of June.

As the title says and I said last week, this week’s game added to Prime is Dream Daddy: A Dad Dating Simulator. Like most dating sims, it is a visual novel with a couple of choices on what you say on your dates. It is not the type of thing a dyslexic would jump headfirst into. The twist that most dating sims avoid having is, you are a gay man (or gay trans man) with a daughter, trying to get your fine self back in the dating scene. It is filled with styling mini-games that will have you Condé Nasty within ten minutes, these “emoji” things I hear the kids are on about, and more gay men than you’ll find in San Fransico or Brighton.
