According to everyone, aside from those three people playing Fallout 76, Fallout is best when it is a single-player affair. I have to agree, even though my bread is buttered on the last single-player Bethesda release; I love a good single-player world that I can dive into deeper than the local ichthyology society does on a Monday morning. Of course, going back to the first few is like giving a baby a computer with Excel and expecting Sony’s financials done in two hours; Fallout 3 crashes quicker than I do without coffee, New Vegas is [redacted for fear of being thrown into the sun by an angry horde], and Fallout 4 is apparently bad because… Bethesda.
Well, according to PC Gamer’s Shaun Prescott, every Fallout game (aside from Brotherhood of Steel and Shelter, because they are crap) is to be released later this month. In Prescott’s article, he states this leak comes from Amazon Germany; however, the link provided doesn’t feature the purported collection (we later found this link). Unsurprisingly, Bethesda hasn’t announced this release, at the time of writing, and it is strange to not have done so by now. Nonetheless, Prescott does state that when there is an Amazon leak it tends to be fairly reliable.
With that said, this collection is supposed to come to “PC and consoles” on the 25th of this month. Just in time for The Outer Worlds releasing. Though there is more; as the image above shows, Fallout 3, New Vegas, and 4; are all to get their own collection of DLC and whatever the workshop stuff was for the fourth game. However, if Prescott’s find is correct then he would also be correct in suggesting the “Legacy Edition;” or whatever it is called, would be a deal and a half. Presently, the GOTY edition of Fallout 4 is $59.99 USD (/£40), while the Legacy release is stated as only $44 USD.
