Ubisoft announced that an open beta test for Ghost Recon: Breakpoint a few days ago. This open beta follows a closed beta that ran earlier this month. Players will have access to “several regions, missions, and modes” in solo play co=op and PVP modes. The open beta will run from September 26th to 30th, while players can pre-load the game on the 24th.

Ubisoft claims to have made many changes and improvements since the closed beta. Those who were hoping to pre-load and play the beta on Steam will be disappointed. It was announced a while back that Ghost Recon Breakpoint would not be coming to Steam, and would only be available on the Epic Game Store and Uplay launcher.  Those playing on the Epic Games Store, will also be five hours behind other platforms for unknown reasons.

The developers recently revealed the improvements that will be made to the open beta when compared to the earlier closed beta test. Ubisoft Paris worked on making smoother, quicker animations, better vehicle handling, improved model movements, and camera control, among other improvements. Difficulty in the game has also been balanced to make it more accessible.

Ubisoft also released a live-action Ghost Recon: Breakpoint trailer featuring Lil Wayne and his squad. You can check that out above for more details as well as the schedule for the upcoming Beta below.
