The award-winning Batman: Arkham game series will be re-released for a second time as “Batman: Arkham Collection.” This news is thanks to Amazon’s listing for the physical version of the collection, which is currently available for pre-order on Amazon UK. The Release date for the collection is set for September 6th on PS4 and Xbox One. Though there hasn’t been any official announcement, it has been confirmed real by Rocksteady’s marketing manager, Gaz Deaves. Deaves noted that the package will only launch in the European region, however, the reason for this choice has yet to be revealed.

The collection will include all three Arkham games: Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, and Batman: Arkham Knight. You’ll notice it’s excluding Origins, as the last compilation included Origins but excluded Arkham Knight. Now, it’s the opposite.

This version also includes the steel book case, all post-release DLC for each game, plus some bonus skins for Batman including the Earth-2 Dark Knight skin. The skin was previously only available to attendees of E3 2015 and a Mountain Dew promotion, but will now be available outside of North America. Deaves states the Earth-2 Dark Knight skin will also be available as a free download for owners of Arkham Knight on PS4 early next year. The PS4-exclusive Scarecrow missions will still remain PS4 exclusives though.

Arkham Knight and its’ DLC will be included as a digital download in the physical collection, while Asylum and City are full physical disc releases. It’s not known if the listing was posted intentionally or not, however, it seems to be concrete proof of the incoming collection. The collection is priced at £39.99 and is an extremely good value for those who have yet to be properly introduced to the series.
