As I’m sure so many have, I enjoyed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and gave it high praise. As someone without much interest in high fantasy or RPGs previously, I oddly found The Witcher 3 engaging, fun, and compelling. Admittedly I didn’t like the first few moments, or when I’d be under leveled and locked into a mission with the Bloody Baron early into the story. In fact, I had several save files before forcing myself into playing the full story, and 69 hours later, I had fallen in love. The Witcher 3 had become a game that defined the decade like Burnout 3, Spider-Man 2, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas before it.

I’d love to say I played The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on the best possible system. However, I didn’t. Playing on the PS4 meant there were frames being dropped in cities, issues with characters squeezing themselves into awkward places, and notable crashing. Now, several issues can or will happen on PC, from lower end PCs unable to keep up to the game becoming too taxing in general. There is no perfect system.

Yet, a lot of praise is given to the Nintendo Switch. Rightfully so I might add, as it has the versatility to be in your pocket or sit under your TV. However, it is the well-rounded library of games that will often sell it to people. You can play some of the biggest and best indie games on the market, or play Skyrim; Skyrim that fits in your pocket. You can play as an Argonian out for a walk in the hills as you sit in a local park, or sitting on the toilet.

Now the question is, who wants The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on Switch? Well, I do. I personally don’t care for Skyrim as some others do, I’d rather explore Oxenfurt than Whiterun. This, of course, does not mean I am calling for CD Projekt RED to begin development and make it happen no matter what. Though I do know a few others who would like to return to Kaer Morhen and even bed everything with two legs. Geralt isn’t a picky man, he’d enjoy four just the same.

My point is, right now is the perfect time to give us the embodiment of sex on legs on the go, or indeed back on the TV. I personally would love to sit on a bus in front of someone older than myself, hack up ungodly beings, and then have relations on a stuffed unicorn. I’m sure that is also the dream of Deadpool. Not only would this allow me to be mischevious, but I could also appreciate the game I love all over again.

Though it should be asked, why am I talking about this? A few months ago a possible leak appeared that The Witcher 3 would be coming to the Switch. A French wholesale retailer had this portable Witcher 3 game slated for December 31st, 2019, then shortly after this “leak”, it was pulled. Speculation would say that this rightfully could be a Gwent port in the works, though just the same could be presumed that a port of previous Witcher games is in the mind of CD Projekt RED.

The image above is far from a confirmation, nor does it dissuade those rumors at all. In fact, this job listing pours more gas onto the fire. Issues may arise when dealing with performance. However, it is intriguing to know how much CD Projekt RED are interested in producing for the Switch in the future.
